Unlike a carrier oil, Lavender Water is a water-based cosmetic ingredient, making it particularly useful when creating toners, facial mists, cleansers, lotions, creams and other water-containing formulations.

Its gentle aromatic character can also bring a subtle botanical lavender note to formulations without the intensity of Lavender Essential Oil.
