Shipping Policy

UK Standard Delivery
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service for all UK standard deliveries. Orders of £20 or more qualify for free delivery. Royal Mail Tracked 48 typically delivers in 48 hours, but we recommend allowing 2-5 days for delivery to account for any delays. Orders placed by 3:00 pm are generally dispatched the same day, while orders placed after 3:00 pm will be dispatched the next working day. Please note, we do not dispatch orders over the weekend.

Next Day Courier Service
For next-day delivery, we offer courier services via DPD, DHL, UPS, or Royal Mail Special Delivery. Orders placed by 1:00 pm are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 pm will be dispatched the following working day.

International Deliveries
International shipments are handled by DPD, DHL, UPS, or Royal Mail International Tracked services. Orders of €100 or more qualify for free international delivery.

Customs and Import Duties
Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes imposed by customs in their country. Prices shown for international customers exclude UK VAT. For more information on customs duties, please contact your local customs office directly, as they vary by country. Some countries offer the option to prepay duties/taxes during checkout.

International Delivery Time
International orders typically take 1-2 weeks for delivery, but this may vary depending on customs processing in your country. We cannot mark invoices as "gifts" or mislabel packages for insurance purposes.
